Refund Policies:
All refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your package.
Refunds are only eligible for defective items.
Refunds will ONLY be accepted if the item has not been actively used, washed or if any damage is not caused by user error. Photo evidence MUST be submitted with a refund request.
Depending on the situation we may need you to return the defective item at our expense for shipping in order to process a refund.
All refunds will be refunded to your original form of payment.
All additional fees charged during a refund from your credit card company will not be covered by Tsundere Aesthetic, this also applies to any changes in conversion rates.
Packages returned to us by your post office or courier will not be authorized for a refund, this includes any package marked as undeliverable, unclaimed, or a package refused by the addressee for any reason. Deactivation of the buyer's account may result due to delivery issues on more than one occasion.
Return Policies:
All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your package. Returns will ONLY be accepted if the packaging and labels are still intact. Some exceptions can be made for returns if the item is in new condition and we will need photo evidence of the item's condition and reasoning for the return. All discounted items are FINAL SALE.
Returns will be refunded to your original form of payment once they have been received and processed, this does not include the original shipping charge.
Tsundere Aesthetic will not cover the cost of return shipping.

Tsundere Aesthetic vigorously contests any disputes or chargebacks filed by customers. Customers who have filed such disputes or chargebacks may be blacklisted from using our service, meaning we will accept no further orders from them.
We are committed to helping our customers and if you have any concerns you need to contact us. We will resolve situations fairly and in compliance with our policies.
