Shipping policy
Most orders will be sent out within 4 days excluding custom products, pre-orders, holidays and weekends. A confirmation email will be sent once the package is shipped out. Tsundere Aesthetic offers shipping to Canada, USA and Internationally.
Shipping times can vary greatly based on region, varying from
3-30 days but please allow for 60 days from ordering to report lost packages to us.
Average shipping within Canada: 7-14 Days
Average shipping time to the USA: 5-10 Days
Average shipping time internationally: 6 Days-12 Weeks
Outside factors such as holidays, government regulations, Covid-19, customs and other outside factors can delay shipping time.
Tsundere Aesthetic is not responsible for any additional customs/duties charged by your region or anything that may happen to a package or its contents after it was delivered to the shipping address you provided. The shipment is complete once we receive notification that the delivery has arrived at the provided address. If the wrong address is given this is not the responsibility of Tsundere Aesthetic.
We reserve the right to ship your order in multiple packages if necessary but we will inform you of this once sent out for delivery.
All orders will be shipped in colourful mailing bags and/or boxes depending on the items that have been ordered.
