We at Tsundere Aesthetic always want you to have a fair and exciting shopping experience!

By creating an account and placing an order at Tsundere Aesthetic, you agree to the following terms and conditions of use for our website as well as any additional policies stated anywhere on our website. Please be sure to read this information carefully before ordering with us.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders without notice.

You are responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your Tsundere Aesthetic account and password, restricting access to your account, all activities that occur under your Tsundere Aesthetic account and password, cancelling any open (unbilled) orders that you no longer wish to purchase

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, art and images, is the property of Tsundere Aesthetic or its suppliers, and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorised copying or commercial use of this material will result in legal action. We encourage customers to report suspected cases of illicit merchants violating our copyrights.

All prices are posted in CAD. The CAD price at the time you place an order is the price you will be charged. Due to international exchange rate fluctuations, prices in your preferred currency may change from the time you place an order to the time you are actually charged for it. The CAD price does not change.

Placing an order through our web site is your permission to us to bill and ship the items you order. We do not require any additional approval to charge your registered payment method prior to shipping, even if the final amount to be charged, including shipping costs, has not been confirmed with you. We will charge or bill you immediately for all in-stock items.

If seven days pass from the time we first attempted to charge you, with no payment and no contact from you, that order and all of your open (unbilled) and billed but unpaid orders will be canceled. Your Tsundere Aesthetic account may also be disabled until you contact us again. If you are having a temporary payment problem, please contact us as quickly as possible to prevent these penalties.

Although we try our very best to depict our products in the most accurate way, some colours may look slightly different due to lighting, screens or picture quality. Any differences are not defects and if the colour doesn’t suit you, please apply for a return.
